Besides teaching in the classroom, I offer coaching and mentoring. I also conduct seminars and workshops.
Many medium-sized companies encounter management challenges due to owners’ limited time to train or oversee middle management. In such cases, I offer guidance on various aspects of the business, focusing on helping them streamline their operations and reduce costs. I aim to enhance staff efficiency and productivity, driving improved business outcomes.
In addition, I have had the chance to mentor numerous international students. It is an incredibly fulfilling experience to watch them grow and develop into successful business owners or executives. I’m grateful for the opportunity to share my knowledge and expertise and help them reach their goals.
I feel honored to receive frequent invitations from media and professional associations to speak at various seminars to discuss social media, consumer engagement, social responsibility, international marketing, market trends, crisis management and more. I believe in the power of sharing knowledge and ideas to drive progress, and I consider it a privilege to contribute to this exchange.
Outside of my professional work, I enjoy participating in social events and delivering motivational speeches. I speak on topics such as embracing challenges, striving for personal growth, and addressing pressing social issues. My aim is to inspire others, foster positive change, and make a meaningful impact in our communities.
As part of my outreach efforts, I conduct workshops for community centers pro bono, including Mencius Society for the Arts, ArtyBright Education, Star Bridge and many more. These workshops cover a diverse range of topics, including business-related ones as well as those geared toward families. My favorites are social media for parents, WeChat for seniors, Chinese brush painting, and traditional handicrafts for parents and children to learn together.
